Delivery And Installation

Subject to availability we aim to get all goods delivered within 7-10 working days. Some Items are made to order and can take up to 15 working days, though we will endeavor to keep you informed of any delay. Products will be dispatched from our distribution centre and an order containing more than one product will not be dispatched until complete. Most of our furniture will be delivered already assembled, though some may require assembly on site.

To qualify for Free of Charge Delivery, your order must exceed £250 + Vat. Orders of a value less than £250 + Vat, will be subject to a delivery charge of £17.50 + Vat.

Please advise us if there are access problems or if a phone call is required before delivery is made. Any situation beyond DDC’s control which requires a return visit will be chargeable.

All products are priced for mainland UK only and include delivery and VAT (17.5%) which is calculated at the checkout stage. All orders are charged for delivery to ground floor. If you have a special requirement please contact us.

For non-mainland orders i.e. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Western Isles we will be pleased to quote you a price and availability - just contact us.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). All goods will require a signature on delivery.
