CAD PLANNING FROM DDC.

Whatever the size of your project, careful planning can avoid making costly mistakes and if you are looking to furnish your new office environment through DDC, then we are only too willing to help.

DDC have the latest in CAD design software and employ qualified designers with extensive design experience to ensure your planning stage translates into the perfect finished installation. We are able to offer a full range of planning services, ranging from basic 2d scaled drawings up to fully rendered 3d visuals, complete with lighting and materials to match your chosen colour scheme.

For larger projects, depending on circumstances and location in the UK, we are also able to visit your company to offer assistance and advice and in some cases plan and quote onsite. This is however a specialist service and can only be offered on a limited basis. Please contact us with specific details to discuss.

Alternatively, you may pursue the following route:

Step 1.

Measure your space, wall to wall and draw us a sketch. This needn’t be a work of art, just something to indicate the shape of the room illustrating doors, radiators, windows and anything else which may hinder placement of any furniture. You will need to include overall dimensions (preferably in millimetres) along with widths of doors and windows, including how far into the room they are from any adjacent wall.

Email your sketch to us (or fax it to us on 0191 477 4824) at sales@office-furniture.uk.net along with your contact details; we require a named contact and a phone number to proceed with your drawing. Also you will need to give us an indication of quantities and types of furniture you require.

Step 2

We will contact you to discuss any details or anomalies before producing a 2D plan illustrating your concept. This plan will serve as a basis for any subsequent 3D plan and will give you a good idea of what you can fit and what you can’t. We will also call to discuss any amendments or final details.

Step 3

A final 3D drawing will be produced along with quotation.
